Description: Chacha Color clear white, may develop light pink with age. Bouquet slightly pungent with leather. Obvious white flowers and fried almonds quite unique to young Chacha. Taste with touch of spice and nuts, fruit flavors of white mulberry and yellow pears. Structure is medium with sweet warm taste and long finish.

Distillation: double pot distillation with purification of the spirit.

Age: 2 year old white spirit.

Grape varieties: Saperavi, Mtsvane, Rkatsiteli.

Bottling strength: 42% Alc/Vol.
