Appellation of Origin: Tvishi is an appellation for wines produced in a 15-square-kilometer zone around Tvishi village in north-western Georgia Lechkhumi. The zone is on the right bank of the Rioni River. Tvishi is a semi-sweet, white wine made from Tsolikouri grapes.

Grape Variety: The grape variety Tsolikauri from Lechkhumi’s village Tvishi Due to its high acidity and balanced alcohol, it has the highest potential for aging. Tsolikauri, a defining variety of white grape, it ripens late and yields full-bodied, light straw-colored wines with citrus and yellow fruit, white plum, and floral aromas.

Taste: The wine has light golden color, saturated with pale green tones. Its tender and sophisticated taste is rich with apricot and tropical fruit tones. Unique balance of pleasant sweetness and acidity creates its unforgettable character.
Ideal to have with different types of cheese, tropical fruits, citruses, chocolate and ice-cream.

Best to enjoy at 8 – 10°C.
